“This product was JUST delivered to my office, and today has been 'one of those days'. So naturally, I figure - hey, what better time to taste test than now??
UNBELIEVABLE!! This is NOT your average chocolate syrup. Heck, it's not even a gourmet couverture chocolate syrup! I can't even begin to compare it to anything else on the market! It's rich, dark, creamy chocolate - pure and simple. More flavorful than the best 'hot fudge' sauce you can imagine, and yet so wonderfully fluid... what's the secret???
How on earth you managed to get the relatively thin viscosity of a chocolate sauce (making it oh so workable as a liquid) and yet retain the incredible richness of the most couverture fudge sauce is totally beyond me!! KUDOS!!
Now the big question.... do I leave it at work to sip from on those really stressful days, or bring it home to play with.... decisions, decisions!! (Guess who'll be ordering a second bottle with her next order!!)

"I just received this chocolate yesterday and I cannot keep my hands off of it!
It is so delicious and smooth. I have injected it into strawberries for a twist on the chocolate covered strawberries. Now we can have strawberry covered chocolate. I have also placed it in the center of an ice cream bombe for a luscious creamy center. I have mixed some of it with the flavoring oils for a different taste. The hazelnut and pistachio oils work particularly well, as does the Washington Cherry.
I am anxious to try some other ideas. My husband thinks I am crazy, but he does enjoy the results of my experiments.

"I gave one of my first 4 bottles to my niece to try...she is going to get more and pass them out as Christmas gifts to the teachers she works with at school here in Ohio...she and her husband keep it on the counter in the kitchen and just take a squirt everytime the pass by.
I, myself, truly think it will be gold for you "liquid gold"...and that is the reason I ordered 8 more bottles at your introductory price...I find the taste to be smoother than a milkshake but it is the aftertaste that gets you and makes you crave more...I have not yet tried it on anything but I do make cakes and candies on the side and I believe I will definitely have repeat orders once I start using it.

There are an infinite number of things that you can use your CocoaLava
chocolate for.
Here are a few of our favorites, but we HIGHLY encourage you to use your imagination and come up with new ways (and then email us and tell us what you’ve come up with!):
- Pour into a molded shell and use it as a fabulous ready-made liquid ganache truffle center
- Makes amazing liquid or ganache center bonbons! Firm up the CocoaLava in the freezer, scoop into balls & dip in Bada Bing Bada Boom Candy Melts or V125 Couverture Chocolate. Then place in fridge to set outer shell & until ready to eat. If you serve cold, you'll have a thick ganche center. Allow to set at room temperature for 10-15 minutes and when you bite into the piece, the center will now be liquid!
- Stir into hot milk for incredible hot chocolate
- Add to your morning coffee for the best mocha coffee you’ve ever had
- Blend it into a milkshake (or pour it over the top after it’s served)
- Drizzle on dessert plates for dramatic presentations
- Dip fruit, cookies, or anything else that tastes good with chocolate (when you don’t want the chocolate to shell)
