Our gourmet chocolate flavorings are created specifically for use with all Chocoley real and compound chocolates. These highly concentrated and unsweetened flavorings by LorAnn Oils will make your chocolate fountain, candy, fudge, dipping, baked or specialty confections even more spectacular. Unlike grocery store extracts that are diluted with large amounts of alcohol and/or water, LorAnn has captured these wonderful flavors in such an amazing way, that you only need 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of flavoring oil per pound of chocolate (a 1 oz. bottle will flavor up to 25 pounds of chocolate).

Natural and artificial flavors are used as chocolate flavoring ingredients to create these amazing flavoring oils which are ALL Peanut Free, Tree Nut Free, Egg Free and Fish or Crustacean Free. They are also Gluten Free, except for the Canadian Maple Oil, which has naturally producing Gluten.
