“I purchased 3 bottles of the sheen paints to airbrush some chocolate pieces after they were molded.

The flower has pink sheen on it. The white chocolate hummingbird has pearl sheen; the milk chocolate flower heart has Gold.

I'm not an expert airbrusher, so it took a little practice. I discovered that while spraying the chocolate, it's difficult to see the color (because I'm using light paint on white chocolate and the gold on the dark chocolate). It really shows up well once it dries, so it pays not to overspray initially. Also, a heavy hand with the airbrush can cause the paint to bead up.”

Another tip I discovered: if the paint beads up on a large area or on the edge of a small design, using a brush to spread the paint before it dries makes nice highlights. I used yellow spray on the moon and brushed the outer edge to intensify the yellow.
By the way, the background in the photo is one of your tempering tablets! "
